These are the policies for English Paper Company Personalized Orders only. Please note that policies may change without notice. Changes to these policies are sent via email to all personalized dealers. The policies on this page are updated from time to time, and the information on this page may not always reflect the most current policy structure.

Ordering
English Paper Company now offers online ordering for all personalized orders at www.GetPapered.com. Benefits of ordering online include reduced turnaround time, complimentary first proof, and savings on shipping rates. If you are a dealer that has been grandfathered in, and would like to receive your user name and password, please contact support@englishpapercompany.com. If ordering online, please be sure to complete all data fields and use the special instructions box to note any special spelling, sizing or spacing. If not specified, options will default to sample shown on website. For placemat orders placed online, please include the design number, text, typestyle and font color for the reverse side in the special instructions box.
If you would like to fax your order in, you may do so by faxing to 405-601-0544. Please note that faxed orders will begin to receive a faxed-in order fee beginning March 1, 2012. For faxed orders, all orders must be placed using English Paper Company order forms. English Paper Company is not responsible for orders faxed in on non-English Paper Company order forms. A separate order form must be filled out for each piece ordered. You can obtain a current copy of the order form by emailing support@englishpapercompany.com and requesting a PDF order form. Faxed-in orders over 12 pieces may be divided into two shipments and will incur two shipping costs. Orders cannot be changed once submitted unless a proof is requested. Minimum quantity oncards is 15 pieces. No phone orders are accepted.
English Paper Company reserves the right to refuse any order.
Layout
For all English Paper Company orders, text will be positioned as shown on that item in the album and on our website. If you choose to alter the layout, there will be a $25 net custom fee applied to your order.
Number of Lines
Foldover Note Cards, Flat Stationery Cards, Note Sheets and Placemats are priced to include 1 line of copy. Announcements and Photo Cards are priced to include 5 lines of copy. Invitations are priced to include 12 lines of copy. All Stickers, Calling Cards and Return Addresses are priced to include 3 lines of copy. There will be a $2 net charge for each additional line of copy.
Ink Color & Typestyles
Several collections within the English Paper Company family offer typestyles ink colors only “as shown”. If you choose to alter the the ink colors, there will be a $25 net custom fee applied to your order. If you choose to alter the the typestyles, there will be a $25 net custom fee applied to your order. If ordering online, you may request these changes in the special instruction box, and the subsequent fees will be added to your order during our order processing phase.
Proofs
There is a $10 net charge for ALL proofs; if ordering online, this charge is waived for the first proof. Each additional proof after the first proof will incur a $10 additional proof fee. Proofs may be requested by entering an email address or fax number on the order form or by marking the box while placing online orders. Changes must be clearly marked on the proof; no verbal changes or alterations are accepted. Please carefully check all spelling, typesetting, ink colors, etc. Once the proof is approved, responsibility becomes that of the store. Proofs are required on all Photo Card orders, orders over 150 pieces, Hebrew or foreign language orders and any order that may be difficult to read. Orders will not be processed until the proof has been approved in writing. Orders cannot be changed after proof approval.
Should you require order changes, quantity changes, or shipping upgrades after an order has been approved, there is a $25 order change fee. Please note that once orders are approved, they are processed rapidly through our system, and at times we may be unable to stop the order before changes can be processed.
Order Status
To check the status of your order, please log in to your account on our website. Please note that order status is only provided in the following three statuses: Open (which means your order has been received), In Progress (which means your order is in the proofing, printing, finishing, or packing stages), or Shipping (which means a shipping label has been generated for your order and the order has been handed to a carrier). English Paper Company can only provide information within these three statuses. For your user name and password to check order status, please email support@englishpapercompany.com.
Processing Time
Orders will be shipped within 4 to 6 business days from proof approval. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Noon, Central Standard Time will be processed the next business day. Please remember to factor in shipping time when calculating arrival time, and request the appropriate shipping method when placing your order, so as to not incur an order change fee later in the process. Orders received after October 1 may require up to 10 business days for order processing, not including shipping time. Any order may be rushed for a $50 rush processing fee, not including shipping.
Holiday Orders
Holiday orders must be received by December 1, 12:00 p.m. CST. All orders submitted after this time will not be guaranteed before Christmas without a Rush Fee. Please allow additional time for Holiday Orders (5-10 business days). Please remember to factor in shipping time.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are accepted for a fee of $50 net per item. All Rush Orders will receive a proof within 24 business hours and will ship within 2 days from proof approval. The rush fee does not affect shipping method, only processing time. Please allow additional time for Holiday Orders.
Blank Stock
Because of variations in order workflow, items in the albums and shown on GetPapered.com are not necessarily available in blank stock. To view our selection of blank stock, please see www.stock.englishpapercompany.com.
Shipping
The following shipping policies are different for placemats, ClipSheets, and stickers. Please refer to “Accessories Shipping” policies below for policies regarding shipping those three items.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground, unless otherwise noted on the order form. We do not ship FedEx or any other carrier. Orders placed online will incur savings on shipping rates. Please note, we cannot hold orders for combined shipping. Email and faxed-in orders will be charged the following shipping rates:
- Ground: $12 to anywhere in the continental United States. Additional orders faxed in at the same time will ship at the same time for $1 more per item.
- 2nd Day Air: The initial 2nd day air charge is $30 plus $3 per additional item. For large shipments, exact cost will be applied.
- 3 Day Shipping: $25 for the first item plus $2 per additional item.
- Overnight Shipping: $50 plus $4 per additional item.
- Anything over 6 pounds will be shipped based on weight.
English Paper Company, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries due to inclement weather or any other circumstances out of our direct control. English Paper Company is not responsible for packages left without a signature. We will gladly drop ship at no additional charge.
Shipping Accessories
Orders placed online will incur reduced shipping rates. All other orders from an Accessories easel will ship UPS ground for $7 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. The initial 2nd day air charge is $30 plus $3 per additional item, 3rd day shipping is $25 for the first item plus $2 per additional item and overnight shipping is available for $50 plus $4 per additional item. Anything over 6 pounds will be shipped based on weight. Envelopes
Envelopes come in white or ecru, depending on the design. Sorry, color cannot be specified. We include two extra envelopes with each order. Additional envelopes are available for $.25 each for plain and $.50 each for printed. Note Sheets and Calling Cards do not automatically come with envelopes; envelopes for these items can be purchased for a net charge of $3 per 25. If placing your order online, please specify additional order quantity in the special instructions box, and the charges will be added to your order during the order processing phase.
Return Address
Beginning March 1, 2012, we will no longer be offering printed return address on envelope flaps. Until then, Return Address is available on all envelopes (except Note Sheet envelopes and Calling Card envelopes) for an additional charge. On White Envelopes, please select from standard ink colors to specify Return Address Ink Color. On Ecru Envelopes, Return Address Ink Color is only available in black or chocolate. Please watch your inbox for more details regarding new Return Address options beginning March 1.
Errors & Shortages
English Paper Company is not responsible for errors on approved proofs. We will gladly reprint an order at no charge when an error has been made due to English Paper Company’s fault, and was not approved as a proof. Orders that are English Paper Company’s mistake will be reprinted with Rush processing. Additional changes are not allowed. Your order will be printed as approved on your proof approval. Please double check your order and your proof! Once the proof is approved the responsibility becomes that of the store. Errors must be reported within 7 business days from receipt of order.
Orders are counted and checked twice for quantity and accuracy. In case of a shortage, we will refer to our records before shipping additional product. Shortages should be reported within 3 business days of receiving an order (not after customer has taken possession of order). Please note:
- English Paper Company is not responsible for errors that have been approved on proofs.
- English Paper Company is not responsible for various color imperfections that occur because of the nature of the printing and/or manufacturing process. Additionally, we are not responsible for editing done to photos before they are submitted with an order. This includes both professionally edited photos and snap shots. We will gladly process your snap shot photos through our professional photo-editing process for a $25 fee.
- English Paper Company is not responsible for misspellings or typos submitted in online orders, faxed-in orders, or emailed orders.
- English Paper Company is not responsible for handwriting errors or illegible orders submitted via fax.
- English Paper Company is not responsible for miscommunications due to lack of information on faxed in orders, emailed orders, or orders placed online, or for delays that occur in orders due to lack of information provided. Please note that all order change requests, proof changes, etc, must be received in writing.
Please note that English Paper Company cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders under any circumstances. If a product is damaged, we gladly work with you to replace the product.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation occur, you will only be charged costs of production up to the point of cancellation. Completed orders will be charged the full amount.
Re-Orders
All re-orders will be treated and processed as a new order.
Holiday Schedule
We will be closed December 23rd – 26th, the week between Christmas and New Years, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after.
Color & Customization
Due to variations in the printing process, colors will vary between products. Colors and sizes may be customized on any piece starting at $25 net per item. Please note that we do not guarantee color matches. A proof is required for all customized orders. Please allow additional processing time on orders with special customizations.
